1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9998 ("b9998", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at b9998.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through it.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Per Player

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. b9998 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through accounts opened in violation of this rule.

3.3 Account Security

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure

b9998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure of identity verification, or behaviour that is harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform. In the event of closure, any outstanding genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. b9998 does not accept cash deposits. 4.3 Withdrawal Terms

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. b9998 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in stages or to request additional verification before releasing funds. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval for mobile financial services.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on b9998 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment method involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be displayed at the point of transaction. b9998 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation from b9998 displaying your bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, including the event, market, selection, and stake, before confirming your wager. b9998 will not accept responsibility for bets placed in error where confirmation has been provided.

5.2 Odds and Markets

b9998 offers odds on a wide range of sports markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. b9998 reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time without notice, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors.

5.3 Voided Bets

b9998 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• Where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human mistake ("palpable error").
• Where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• Where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the event.
• Where a bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Where the bet contravenes any applicable rule or regulation.

In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to your b9998 account balance without any winnings.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

b9998 reserves the right to impose a maximum payout limit per bet, per market, or per day. Maximum payout limits are displayed on individual markets where applicable. b9998 will not be obliged to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout, regardless of the stake placed or the odds confirmed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

b9998 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your account automatically without notice. b9998 will not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9998 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.

b9998 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. b9998 accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside b9998's direct control.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement created by these Terms at any time. You may close your account by contacting b9998 support, provided that there are no outstanding bets or pending verification matters. b9998 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at b9998's sole discretion.

Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

13 Amendments

b9998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b9998 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the b9998 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
